Cancellation Policies

For bookings subject to standard conditions, if canceled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. In case of later cancellation or modification, as well as no-shows, the full amount will be charged.
For bookings subject to promotional or special rates apply the published conditions written in the communication of the booking confirmation.

Notes on arrivals and departures

Check-in from 16.00. Check-out by 10.00 am. The non-arrival on the scheduled date for check-in, if not reported, erases the entire period of stay with the application of the related fee.
In case of early departure the full amount for the stay will be charged.

Deposit

Upon booking confirmation, a 30% deposit of the total booking is required.

Accessories Services

If extra hotel services are purchased (eg excursions, transport etc.), even if paid in a single transaction, each service is headed by the specific conditions of contract and cancellation communicated upon confirmation.

Credit cards accepted

American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro. The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card before the arrival (by requesting a pre-authorization). For bookings that require a non-refundable prepayment, the transaction will take place simultaneously to the upload of the reservation in the management system. The hotel will consider the booking confirmed once the transaction occurred.
